BeforeinstalltheAwayzoneandapplytheFencingCollarto
your pet, please make sure both devices have batteries
installedandpoweroff.
5.1InstalltheAwayzone
YoumayplacetheAwayzoneonawall,afloororasurface.
Since the Awayzone emits radio signals to a spherical
direction,
the signals are transmitted more effectively
toward the direction without obstacles. The signals may
pass through a ceiling or wall and become weaker.
Structures or objects with metal elements embedded will
also weaken the directional signals behind the
structures/objects.
Pleasenote:
DonotinstalltheAwayzoneonmetalsurfaces.
Do not place the Awayzone adjacent to large metal
objects,e.g.oven,washer,refrigerator,etc.
DonotinstalltheAwayzoneclosetotheinternetwireless
transmitter,audiodevice,televisionsatellitedisk,etc.
Apply the anti‐slip sticky pads on the back of the
Awayzone before placing on
the horizontal surface, or
installscrewstothewallandmounttheAwayzone.
