Everwoven™ All Weather Wicker, Teak and Eucalyptus
Wood
40, 46 and 340 Series
High density polypropylene wicker extrusions are hand-
wrapped on aluminum frames and combined with FSC® certied
eucalyptus wood components (legs, arms, arm rests). This FSC®
wood is harvested in an eco-friendly manner, responsibly grown,
gathered, and replenished to prevent deforestation. Eucalyptus
wood is organic and its naturally high oil count makes the
wood, and subsequently the furniture, resistant to decay, insect
infestation, and signicant discoloration.
FSC® Eucalyptus wood surface will organically evolve,
expand and contract, change color and texture, and will
vary as it ages.
Checks and small hairline cracks and color changes are
normal occurrence as the wood expands and contracts.
This is not a defect but an indicator that it is time to oil
your product.
The nishes on our eucalyptus tables yield a stain-free and
waterproof surface for approximately 12 months subject to
use and climatic conditions.
Each table and chair is hand-nished; no two pieces will be
alike. Additionally, each piece of wood absorbs the hand-
applied patina differently, so variations on any table top or
chair part are to be expected.
Over time, Eucalyptus wood products develop a natural
grey patina. This is normal and should be expected. The
Alfresco Home FSC® Eucalyptus products have a hand-
stained nish that simulates a natural, weathered-wood
look.
FSC® certied Eucalyptus 46 Series
Upon purchase, we recommend using a hardwood cleaner
and clear timber oil with UV protection to help protect
your wood products from the natural aging process.
Before oiling, check for any residue build-up, if this occurs
a light sanding is recommended.
Manufacturers recommend that you oil your furniture in
the shade or under cover. Also, oil and seal the product
completely on top and underneath with a clear timber
oil. After oiling, wipe off excess oil and allow oil to dry in
the shade away from direct sunlight, then wipe off with
clear rag to remove any excess oil. This process should be
repeated every 3-6 months for best product lifespan.
The frequency of oiling will vary according to climate
conditions in your area and direct exposure to the
elements.
Without protection and regular maintenance the products
may develop cracks, checks (small surface cracks), and
splinters as well as color fading.
Features and Maintenance Casual Furniture
We recommend using a clear timber oil to help maintain
the wood surfaces. Always test a small area and follow
instruction when applying oil to surface. We recommend
Golden Care Hardwood Protectors available online or at
your local home center.
Checks and small hairline cracks are normal occurrence as
the wood expands and contracts. This is not a defect but
an indicator that it is time to oil your product.
Should your wood product develop some cracks or
splinters over time, sand the area very lightly.
Covers are strongly recommended in extremely high heat,
sun or pollution areas. We recommend that product be
stored with undercover protection during winter months.
Soapy water and a soft sponge or non-abrasive cloths can
be used to lightly clean product frames from normal dirt,
grime, and dust buildup. Do not use chemicals, bleach, or
abrasive cleansers in cleaning any parts of your furniture.
After exposing any wood collection to the elements,
it is best to tighten any loose ttings and joints. It is
recommended to do so every 3-6 months.
Polywood composite table tops
300 and 353 Series
Color of these 100% polystyrene tables runs throughout
the entire density of the piece.
We recommend the use of coasters and/or placemats
with all glass products (such as glass, cups, plates, bowls,
vases, etc.) as sunlight shining through the glass can
“burn” the composite and cause discoloration. Be careful
not to drag glass or ceramic ware across surface so as to
avoid scratching the table top.
Soapy water and a soft sponge or non-abrasive cloths can
be used to lightly clean product frames from normal dirt,
grime, and dust buildup. Do not use chemicals, bleach, or
abrasive cleansers in cleaning any parts of your furniture.

Cushions 40 and 340 Series
Featuring BEE WETT Cushion premium technology
constructed to be extremely weather-resistant. Made with
a removable cover in top quality outdoor washable fabrics
are waterproof, UV-resistant.
Utilizing the unique BEE WETT construction, the cushion
does not absorb moisture. The open fabric structure on the
bottom of the cushion drains all moisture perfectly. This
ensures that the BEE WETT cushion dries quickly.
In order to maintain a BEE WETT cushion and fabric cover
correctly. Simply brush off dirt with a soft non-abrasive
brush or cloth and immediately remove any spilled liquids
or other substances.
Fabric covers can soak in a soap and water solution and
can be washed in a cold water delicate fabric environment.
Upon removing the cover from the washing cycle, re place
the wet cover around the cushion lling so that the natural
elasticity of the bers will put the cover nicely around the
lling as it dries.
Always rinse out covers thoroughly and if you choose, apply
a Scotch Guard outdoor resistant layer.
FSC® certied Teak
314 Series
Our FSC® certied grade A/B Teak collection products are ne
sanded to a natural patina. Teak Wood will organically evolve,
expand and contract, change color and texture, and will vary as
it ages. Small hairline surface cracks and checks are normal in
any wood products and are not considered a defect.
40 Series LWC Lightweight Concrete Table tops
Lightweight Concrete is very sensitive to chemicals, so
absolutely do not use abrasives, bleach or harsh detergents.
Use cleaning products that do not contain acids, such as a
lemon-scented cleaning product. These cleaning agents
can cause spots and discolorations. We always recommend
cleaning the material with a damp cloth and lukewarm
water.
It is best to protect the tabletop from date of purchase with
a poly/spraystone protector.
In addition, the more careful the product is treated, the
longer the product stays in good condition. A concrete
look piece furniture is sensitive to falling objects. So, for
example, never throw keys on a concrete-look piece of
furniture. This creates unnecessary pits and scratches. You
can solve this in the rst instance by lling the holes with
transparent nail polish, but carefully, because this can also
cause discoloration. Prevention is best. Make sure you use
coasters and don’t throw objects on the concrete look
furniture. Also be careful with other products with acids,
such as wine and fat. When this falls on a concrete look
furniture, you quickly have stains. In all cases, wipe this off
immediately. Regular protection of the top will temporarily
delay the absorption of stains.
