Warranty General Terms
• Frames are warrantied against defects in materials and
workmanship that impair the use of the product.
• Alfresco Home reserves the right to inspect all items claimed
to be defective.
• All warranty claims are made to the original purchaser with
proof of purchase.
• Under the terms of these warranties, the manufacturer
will repair or replace any item if deemed necessary. If
discontinued, it will be replaced with a similar style and nish.
• All warranty claims must be submitted in writing by the
retail vendor with complete information including invoice
information, date of purchase and photos accompanying
the claim.
• Any items used for commercial purposes void these limited
warranties.
• Warranties are not transferable.
Warranty Exceptions
• Misuse, re, freezing, and acts of nature void these
warranties.
• General frame rusting on iron frames, including rust and
rust drips is not covered.
• Damage to frames, welds, or wicker due to improper
assembly and improper use and care (including overwinter
care, exposure to water and exposure to sub-freezing
temperatures), customer negligence, and/or abuse, are not
covered.
• Damage outside of normal wear and tear (chips, scratches,
cracking, scuffs, rips) including exposure to the elements,
oils, spills, uids, chemicals or any other causes are not
covered.
• Fading or discoloration that naturally occurs with wood
products is not covered.
• FSC Eucalyptus and other FSC Hardwood tables and
components have a hand applied nish that creates a
natural weathered effect. Variation in color and tone as well
as slight surface imperfections are deemed as normal and
not covered.
• Glass table-top damage, regardless of the timeframe or
occurrence, is not warrantied.
Cast and Extruded Aluminum Frames
• 22 series: 5 years from the date of purchase on frames, 2
years on nish and wicker, and 1 year on sling. GRC top, LP
Burner
• 55, 310 series: 5 years from the date of purchase on frames,
2 years on nish, and 1 year on LP Burner components.
For Cast and Extruded Aluminum frames, the limited warranty
covers broken welds, broken arms, and broken legs. Improper
assembly, improper use and care, customer negligence and
abuse are not covered.

Cast/Extruded Aluminum and Everwoven™ All-Weather
Wicker
• 22 series: 5 years from the date of purchase on frames, 2
years on nish and wicker, and 1 year on sling.
• 46 Series: 3 years from date of purchase on aluminum
frames, 2 years on nish and wicker.

Everwoven™ All-Weather Wicker
• 353 Series: 3 years from date of purchase on frames, 2 years
on nish and wicker, and 1 year on polywood composite
table-tops.
• All Weather Wicker is warrantied against peeling, cracking,
and fading.

Eucalyptus Wood and Everwoven™
• 46 Series: 3 years from date of purchase on aluminum
frames, 2 years on nish and wicker and 1 year on FSC
Eucalyptus Wood.

Extruded Aluminum and Polywood Composite, Textilene
and Synthetic Rope
• 300 Series: 3 years from date of purchase on frames,
nish, polywood composite and synthetic rope, 2 years on
textilene.
Premium Everwoven All Weather Wicker /Teak/Aluminum
Collection
• 40 and 340 Series: 3 years from date of purchase on frames,
nish of Biculair Wicker, Aluminum Frames and Cushions.
• Natural aging of Teak and Cushions not warrantied.
EverTeak
TM
Composite
• 316 Series: 5 year limited warranty on our synthetic
EverTeak
TM
products, specically the EverTeak
TM
frame. This
warranty covers joint failure, warping and bowing tops,
material deformation, and frame cracking or breakage,
3 years on PhiferTex slings, and 1 year on cushions.
• Natural aging of EverTeak not warrantied.
319 Series Everwoven
• 5 year limited warranty on synthetic EverWoven
TM
materials,
3 years on aluminum frames, 2 years on any wood
components, and 2 years on cushions.
Alfresco Home furniture is warrantied against all manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner.
Proper care of our products is required to support the benets of this warranty.
