has the appearance and touch of natural teak.
Each piece is also simulated with natural wood grain details,
both on the surface and within cross sections.
The EverTeak
TM
manufacturing process is carefully executed
to produce a slight and unique variation in color for each
piece, further resembling natural wood. Additionally,
the depth of the color also varies depending on lighting
spectrums and viewing angles.

Ease and Care
EverTeak
TM
requires no painting, staining, or waterproong.
Consumer may choose to apply a commercially available
outdoor synthetic wood protectant for maximum protection.
EverTeak
TM
surface is resistant to alcohol, juice, and coffee
spills under normal use and does not stain from common
household liquids. Cleaning is simple – a mild soapy solution
with a soft cloth is usually sufcient to remove dirt and debris.
Oil stains (plant and animal-based oil) on the surface can be
removed by using a soft-bristled brush to clean with baking
soda or non-abrasive cleaners.
While typically resistant to household liquids and stains, it is
important to clean your EverTeak
TM
furniture regularly and
not allow residue to build up on the surface that will make
cleaning more difcult.
Everyday scratches and scuffs are normal and can be repaired
using a scouring pad to sand lightly with the grain. Deeper
gouges require the use of wood putty to repair.
Care should be taken not to place hot objects like pots, pans
or grill tools on EverTeak
TM
as they will scorch the surface.
Avoid buildup of grease and stains by cleaning immediately
after their occurrence by washing with a nonabrasive sponge,
soft-bristle brush, or microber towel with a cleaning solution
of 1/2 cup (2 oz.) mild biodegradable liquid soap in a gallon
of lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and
allow to air dry. For heavily soiled or stained areas, liberally
apply cleaning solution (Simply Green, Goo-Gone Patio
Furniture Cleaner or other non-abrasive multi-purpose
cleaner) directly to heavily soiled areas. Using a heavy-duty
scouring pad, wipe the entire furniture surface. Wipe off
with a clean microber towel and rinse thoroughly with
clean water and allow to air dry. Repeat as necessary for a
complete, even surface appearance.
To maintain the natural wood look and make ongoing
maintenance easier over time, we recommend the use of
a commercially available marine surface or synthetic wood
protectant and/or cleaner before placing into service for
the rst time and each season after cleaning and before
putting into service. These protectants are designed to
repel stains, maintain color, and provided added protection
against UV exposure. Products specically formulated for
this application are available from most outdoor furniture and
hardware stores, home improvement warehouses and general
e-commerce retailers. Two protectants that have been used
with success are 303 Marine Aerospace Protectant and
Meguiar’s Extreme Marine Vinyl and Rubber Protectant.

Durability and Testing
All EverTeak
TM
materials have been specically designed and
rigorously tested for outdoor environments. Given normal
use, we are pleased to provide 3-year limited residential
warranty on the synthetic wood against defects in materials
and workmanship that impair the use of the product.
Range of Temperature: From -10° to 158° Fahrenheit
(Results from compressive and exural strength testing with
SGS approval)
UV Inhibition: Four years of exposure to sunlight (Xenon arc
300 W UV simulator for 448 Hours)
EverTeak

(316 Series) is made of a proprietary blend of Polystyrene (PS) and is engineered using a polymer composed of
unique virgin plastics. It contains no cellulose-based bers, which makes it a perfect material for outdoor furniture. This product
is constructed using stainless steel hardware.
