Product Maintenance and Care – Casual Furniture frames
Everwoven™ All Weather Wicker on Aluminum frame (43 and 353 Series)
Design, quality, and function are only a few of the charact eristics of the
Alfresco Home Everwoven™ All- Weather Wicker casu al furniture collections.
High density polypropylene wicker extrusions are hand-wrapped on powder
coated aluminum frames. These product s offer the following features:
• Hand-woven material constructed of 100% high density Polypropylene
• Use of core, rod, and peel resin wicker extrusions up to 18mm
• Resin wicker is hand-woven wrapped over powder coated aluminum
frames
• Fully welded aluminum frames for superior frame strength
• PE synthet ic wicker with UV stabilizers on an aluminum frame
• Highly rated 100% HD Polypropylene extrusions are produced with UV
protect ion stabilizers & contain integrated mixed color for color fastness.
Maintenance and Use – Wick er (43, 46, 54)
• Use a damp cloth with mild soap and water to clean dust and stains from
the all-weather wicker furniture. Do not use chemicals, bleach, or abrasive
cleansers in cleaning any part of furniture.
• Frames exposed to chlorine and salt water or any other chemicals must
be hosed off immediately after use.
• Table glass is tempered and can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner.
Do no t use HOT water on glass.
• Clean and dry thoroughly before storing over winter. Always drain any
water that may have accumulated during cleaning or over winter.
• While RTA (IRO N frames) are powder coated, the nature of iron may
cause the open connection points to rust/drip over time. It is suggested to
use a product such as Rustoleum® to re-coat the connection points in the
event this occurs.
Pr oduct Care – FSC Eucalyptus (46 se r ies)
• Our FSC® certified eucalyptus products are pre-oiled to further protect the
wood against the elements; however, wood will organically evolve,
expand and contract , change color and texture, and will vary as it ages.
• Protect woven extrusions with commercially available covers when not in
use. Covers are strongly recommended in extremely high heat, sun or
pollution areas.
• Soapy water and a soft spo nge or non-abrasive cloths can be used to
lightly clean product frames from normal dirt, grime, and dust buildup. Do
not use chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleansers in cleaning any parts of
your furniture
• Should your wood product develop some cracks or splinters over time,
sand the area very lightly.
• After exposing any wood collection to the elements, it is best to tighten
any loose fittings and joints. It is recommended to do so every 3-6 months.
• Upon purchase, we recommend using a hardwood cleaner and clear
timber oil with UV protect ion to help protect your wood products from
the natural aging process. This process should be repeated every 3-6
months thereafter for best maintenance practice. Without protection and
regular maintenance the product s may develop cracks, checks (small
surface cr acks), and splinters as well as color fading.
• Manufacturer recommends using a linseed oil or teak oil oil to help
maintain the wood su rfaces. Always test a small area and follow
instruction when applying oil to surface. Manufacturer recommends Eco
Wood Treatment and Gol den Care Teak Protect ors available online or at
your home center.
Pr oduct Care – Polywood composite table tops (300)
• We recommend the use of coasters and/or placemats with all glass
products (such as glass, cups, plates, bowls, vases, etc.) as sunlight shining
through the glass can “ burn” the composite and cause discoloration.
Ever-Wood™ by Al fresco Home (85 series)
Pr oduct Fe atures, Benefits and Care.
Engineered to provide years o f enjoyment, Ever-Wood™, is a very low
maintenance material. Produced in a solar energy facility and using recycled
synthetic aromatic polymer, Ever-Wood™ by Alfresco Home is 100%
produced in the USA. Ever-Wood™ is a non-porous all-weather material
using only stainless hardware. Of course, exposure to the outdoor elements
will occur and cleaning and care sh ould take place as follows.
Pr oduct Care and Maintenance
When used outdoors, proper care and maintenance is recommended. Use
hot soapy water with a soft but firm bristle brush to remove surface dirt and
grime. Murphy’s Oil or Simple Green cleaners help with tougher stains. Never
use cleaners on the Ever-Wood™ containing aromatic solvents.
If the material is damaged during use (scratched), it can often be repaired.
For surface scratches use a fine grade of steel wool (0000 grade) and lightly
sand the area in the direction that the embossing pattern runs. Apply enough
pressu re to gradually minimize the scratched area. Once the scr atches are
reduced the surface area may appear dull and possibly even lighter in color.
With time this will be less n oticeable as product is exposed to the elements.
To finish the repair, apply furniture polish or carnauba wax and buff to a
finish.

Ge neral Cushion Information
Cushion Construction: Alfresco Home cushions are engineered using high
density foam wrapped with Dacron and are finished with either Sunbrella™
or factory-su pplied olefin fabrics.
Custom Domestic Cushions: All of our Custom domestic cushions are made
with Sunbrella™ fabrics. Custom cushions can be found on over twenty
Alfresco Home Cast Aluminum, Mixed Material, and Everwoven™ All
Weather Wicker collections. Exceptions are our Cushion Inclusive collections.
Sunbrella™ Fabrics: Durable Sunbrella™ fabrics are 100% solution dyed
acrylic. Sunbrella provides a 5-year limited warranty for furniture fabric.

Cushion Inclusive Collections: Cushions featured on many of our Cushion-
Inclusive Cast Aluminum and Everwoven™ All Weather Wicker Collections
use factory-supplied olefin fabrics. Everwoven All Weather Wicker Cushion
Inclusive collections are Cotswold, Logan, Siesta, Isabella, and Grand Cayman.
Cushion Care: Cushions and fabrics may be cleaned with mild soap or
det ergent mixed with cold water. Always allow fabric to air dry. When not in
use, store cushions out of the elements for proper maintenance.
Cushion & Fabric Care: Custom cushions are available on all furniture in the
Alfresco Home Furniture Collect ion. When you are ordering cushions, please
note the furniture item number and fabric item number to properly identify
the cushion. All cush ions are produced to maximize both comfort and
durability. High density foam wrapped in Dacron is the standard construction
for the majority of the domestic cushions in our custom cushion program.
Ge neral Cushion Maintenance: Cushions may be cleaned with mild soap or
det ergent mixed with cold water. Always allow the fabric to air dry. When
not in use, store cushions out of the elements for ultimate longevity. Alfresco
Home does not extend any warranties on cushions, or fabrics. Please visit
