Marble Mosaic Collections (21 and 28 Se r ies)
Alfresco Home also offers the timeless elegance and superior cr aftsmanship
of the Marble Mosaic Collect ions. Utilizi ng a variet y of natural stone marbles,
travertine, granite and slate, the distinctive mosaic dining and accent pieces
complement a wide range of decor, both outdoors and indoors. The
individuality of each hand-cut and polished tile lends the mosaic collections
to natural variations as evidenced by the unique color, texture and natural
appearance of each individual unit.
Constructed using industrial adhesives for ultimate durability, the mosaic
tabletops have been field tested with excellent durability results for over-
wintering. Hand-set tiles in an iron support frame are grouted with resilient
yet flexible adhesive compounds, and speak to the quality engineering of
what becomes a truly artisan creation. Tabletops are finished and sealed with
an industrial grade sealant for superior protection. Sealant sh ould be re-
applied annually for lasting beauty. Hand-forged, durable, powder-coated
iron frames an d chairs are immersed in zinc-phosphate prior to accepting
their sturdy electrostatic powder coating.
Mosaic Table (21 se r ies)
Table and chair frames are dipped in a zinc phosphate bath and then E-
Coated to help create a weather-resistant coating that delays the onset of
rust. The wrought iron chairs, bases, and frames are quality checked for
strength and durability. A colored powder-coating finish (pulverac powder) is
applied and baked at 210°C onto the iron for stronger color and protection.
Forged wrought iron will eventually rust in spots due to natural reactions.
While the E-Coating is an excellent protector, general maintenance and care
will help maintain your product.
Natural wear and tear of elements may lead to blistering of silicone top seal
and natural aging of travertine, marble or slate. Small cracks in grout, uneven
sur f aces, small holes in stone surface, and color oxidation are common
reactions to nature, and, under normal use, have no impact on product
quality.
If stained with wine or coffee, wipe away immediately with mild soap and
water. Do not use detergents or chemicals to clean surface as this will
damage the tabletop’s protective coating.
• Wrought iron chairs and table under-carriage can be washed with mild
soap an d water only.
• Ri nse and dry thoroughly. For maximum protect ion against UV light, treat
frames with liquid wax annually.
• Do no t use any chemicals or abrasives to clean furniture as these may
affect the finish.
• When not in use, it is strongly recommended that tables and frames be
covered or stored out of the elements. These actions will help protect
your furniture and prolong its original appearance.
• Tabletops are sealed with Aquamix® Stone Enhancer. The overall process
creates a smooth tabletop surface with an architectural edge.
• Cushions can be cleaned with mild soap or detergent mixed with cold
water. Always allow the fabric to air dry. When not in use store cushions
out of the elements for ultimate longevity. Alfresco Home does not
extend any warranties on cushions or fabrics.
28 Series – Picco lo Bistros and Acce ssories
Our Piccolo Bi stros and Accesso ries offer an excellent value option in ceramic
tile table top product. All 28 series tops are set in an iron tray and feature
adjustable base feet using galvanized hardware throughout. The care,
maintenance and warranties of the 28 series are the same as those of our
other mosaic collections.
21 and 28 Se r ies Factory Supplied Cushion & Fabric Care
All furniture in Alfresco Home’s M o saic Collections (21 and 28 Series) comes
with a fact ory-su pplied cushion. These cushions are produced with high
density foam wrapped in Dacron. The inner covers are made of white
polyester. There are no warranties on these cushions.
Ge neral Cushion Maintenance
Cushions can be cleaned with mild soap or detergent mixed with cold water.
Always allow the fabric to air dry. When not in use cushions should be stored
out of the elements for ultimate longevity. Alfresco Home does not extend
any warranties on cushions, or fabrics.
Mosa ic Collections
One-Year Limited Warranty
Alfresco Home offers a 1 year limited warranty from purchase date for
Mosaic Collections’ products. This warranty is against defect s in materials and
workmanship as outlined below:
• Iron Frames are warranted against defects in material and workmanship.
Ge n e r al frame rusting is not covered.
• Damage to frames or structures due to improper maintenance, storage,
movement, assembly, or exposure to freeze/thaw conditions or coastal
salt air is n ot covered.
• E-coating finish is warranted against peeling or blistering.
• Normal wear and tear – including chips and scratches - as well as
improper assembly are not covered.
• Exposure to the elements, mildew and improper care are not covered.

Warranty General Terms
• Alfresco Home reserves the right to inspect all items claimed to be
defective.
• Under the terms of these warranties, the manufacturer will repair or
replace an item. If discontinued, it will be replaced with a similar style and
finish.
• Any items used for commercial purposes are not covered by these limited
warranties.
• Any warranty issue must be brought to the att ention of the retail vendor
and will only be honored after inspection and with dated receipt of
purchase.
• All warranties are not transferable.
• Normal wear and tear is excluded.
• Improper handling, care, acts of god, accidents and commercial use voids
these warranties.
