Swing Chair Frame Assembly

mm lock nuts.
4 - Bolts with 4 - 17mm
lock bolts.
1. Locate the 4 Upper Poles with punched holes (B) (Exhibit 1), and the 4 Lower Poles (C). Insert the tapered end of the Lower Pole into
the non-tapered end of the Upper Pole Figure 1 by pushing down on the silver lock-pin and sliding the poles together until the silver
lock pin engages in the lock pin hole Figure 2. Repeat with the other upright poles.
2. Locate the 2 C-Shaped Base Rails (D). Insert the tapered ends of the Base Rails into the non-tapered ends of the now-assembled
Upright Poles by pushing down on the silver lock-pins and sliding together until the silver lock-pin fully engages into the lock-pin holes.
Figure 3. You should now have 2 leg assemblies that look like Figure 4.
3. Locate the 2 U-Shaped Header Bars (A). By taking hold of both leg assemblies, insert the Upper tapered end of one of the leg
assemblies into one end the U-Shaped Header Bar until the silver lock-pin is fully engaged in the lock-pin hole as in Figure5. Do the
same with the other leg assembly to the other end of the U-Shaped Header Bar. Repeat with the second U-Shaped Header Bar to the
other legs.
4. Now locate the 2 Cross Braces (E). Connect the cross braces to the legs by placing the Cross Braces on the outside of the frame, and
inserting the bolts (G) through the holes on the Upper Poles and through the holes on the Cross Braces. Place the locking nuts (H)
onto the end of each bolt and tighten securely with a 17MM, or adjustable wrench as in Figure 6. Tighten securely but avoid over-
tightening. Repeat with the second brace onto the other side of the frame.
5. Locate the 4 SV-Hooks with lock-nuts (I). Place the threaded end of the SV-Hook through the hole in the middle of Cross Brace with
the hook facing inward and secure with lock-nut as in Figure 7. Repeat with another SV-Hook to the other Cross Brace. The other two
SV-Hooks should be placed through the hole on the top of the U-Shaped Header Bar with the hook facing inward, and attached with
the 10 mm lock-nuts as in Figure 8.
6. Your swing chair frame came with a hanging drink holder (F) Figure 9. This can be attached to any of the SV-Hooks and allow to
hang as in Figure 10.
7. When attaching your swing chair, do so by looping the J-Hook on the hanging chair onto the SV-Hook of the frame as in Figure 11.
Your swing chair can be attached to frame using SV-Hooks on the Cross Braces or on the U-Shaped Header Bars. Be sure to
attach each side of chair at the same height.
Caution:
Before attaching the swing chair to the frame, make sure all parts fit together properly, and all lock-pins are fully
engaged.
This product was designed for your leisure comfort and was not intended to be used as a swing set or to be abused by
swinging severely back and forth. Drastic swinging could cause the frame to tip and cause injury.
Occasionally check the fit of all parts especially after moving the frame from one location to another.
Never let young children use chair without adult supervision.
Never exceed the weight limit of 275 lbs or the weight limit of your chair.
