If water is not coming out of the top of the fountain, the hose inside may be kinked. To correct this,
simply cut approximately one inch off the end of the tubing so that the pump sits inside the base of the
fountain with the hose going straight up. Use tweezers to remove black connector piece if stuck in tube,
you will need it to reconnect the shortened tube to the pump.
If the water is not coming straight up through the top spout, tweezers can be used to rotate the spout
until the desired flow is achieved.
Water will evaporate as this product is used. Refill the base as needed. If the pump becomes noisy, this
sometimes indicates there is not enough water inside the base. Add more water about a cup at a time
until the fountain functions normally.
Warranty Information
Algreen Products carry a 2-year replacement warranty on all parts for manufacturer’s defect. Algreen’s
warranty obligations are limited to the purchase price of the product. Algreen does not warranty normal
wear and tear, and damage due to customer misuse. All warranty claims require a copy of the original
purchase receipt.
