Wash the ceramic insert and glass lid in hot soapy water, then rinse and dry. • Plug in the slow cooker. It is now ready for operation.

When you have selected the correct cooking mode and the correct cooking time, push Start, a single beep will sound.

Vegetables cook slowly and should be kept small to medium in size and placed in the bottom of the insert. 2. Do not fill the slow cooker more than three-quarters full. 3. Meats should be trimmed, browned or broiled to eliminate as much fat as possible. NOTE: DO NOT USE FROZEN MEAT; THAW ANY MEAT BEFORE SLOW COOKING. 4.

TO CLEAN THE METAL HOUSING The outside shell may be cleaned with a soft cloth and warm soapy water, then wipe dry.

P R E PA R AT I O N D E V O T R E S L O W C O O K E R AVANT LA PREMIERE UTILISATION • Avant la première utilisation, nettoyez l’extérieur de l’appareil avec une éponge humide. Lavez la cuve et le couvercle en verre avec de l’eau chaude savonneuse. Rincez et séchez. • Branchez votre slow cooker. Il est maintenant prêt à être utilisé.
U T I L I S AT I O N D E VO T R E S LO W C O O K E R POUR REGLER LE MODE ET LE TEMPS DE CUISSON • Appuyez sur Power, le voyant et l’écran s’allument. • Appuyez sur Set pour choisir entre HIGH , LOW ou WARM . Vous pouvez utiliser le mode HIGH pour une cuisson de 2 à 8 heures ou le mode LOW pour une cuisson de 4 à 20 heures. • Appuyez sur Up ou Down pour régler votre temps de cuisson. Après avoir sélectionné le mode et le temps de cuisson, appuyez sur Start, un bip retentit.

Ne remplissez pas plus des trois-quarts de la cuve du slow cooker. 3. Les viandes doivent être précuites, rissolées ou grillées pour éliminer un maximum de graisse. NE PAS UTILISER DE VIANDE CONGELEE; DECONGELER TOUTES LES VIANDES AVANT DE LES CUIRE DANS LE SLOW COOKER. 4.
ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE Assurez-vous que votre slow cooker est débranché et a refroidi avant de nettoyer l’appareil. NOTE : - Ne jamais immerger les parties électriques dans l’eau, ni dans aucun autre liquide. - Ne pas utiliser de produits d’entretien abrasifs qui risqueraient d'endommager l'appareil. NETTOYAGE DE LA JUPE INOX L’extérieur de l’appareil doit être nettoyé avec une éponge non-abrasive et de l’eau chaude savonneuse. Rincez et séchez. Ne pas utiliser de produits d’entretien abrasifs.
