Operation
Before Starting the Generator
1 Check that the engine power switch
is i
n its “OFF” position (see diagram
on next page).
2 Before the first use, remove the fuel
ta
nk cap and fill the fuel tank with
unlead
ed gasoline. Wen fueling, be
sure tha the fuel strainer is in place.
Replace the fu
el tank cap.
Th
ereafter, check the engine’s fuel
gauge for the amount of unleaded
gasol
ine in the fuel yank. If
neces
sary, refill the fuel tank with
unlead
ed gasoline; the generator
must be turned off and cooled down
befo
re refilling the fuel tank.

ICK. THEN, SCREW THE DIPSTICK BACK INTO
THE OIL FILL HOLE.
