Safety Tips Before using this appliance, it must be properly positioned and installed as described in this manual, so please read carefully. To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock or injury when using the appliance, follow these basic precautions. • The wine cooler is designed to be fixed on the wall. If it is not fixed on the wall, the machine can easily tip over, resulting in personal injury or death. • Plug into a grounded 3-prong outlet.
Installation Instructions BEFORE USE: • Remove the exterior and interior packaging. • Before connecting the unit to the power source, let it stand upright for approximately 2 hours. This will reduce the possibility of a malfunction in the cooling system from handling during transportation. • Clean the interior surface with lukewarm water using a soft cloth. • Install handles. • This appliance is designed for free standing or built-in (fully recessed) installation.
Operation Instructions The wine refrigerator should be placed in an area where the ambient temperature is between 32-100 degrees Fahrenheit. If the ambient temperature is above or below this range, the performance of the unit may be affected. For example, placing your unit in extreme cold or hot conditions may cause the interior temperatures to fluctuate. Your Allavino Wine Refrigerator includes an operating panel on the front of each zone.
If you are going on vacation, you may leave the Wine Refrigerator operating during vacations of less than three weeks. If the appliance will not be used for several months, you should remove all items and turn off the appliance. Clean and dry the interior thoroughly. To prevent mold growth, leave the door open slightly, blocking it open if necessary. Setting Temperature This Allavino Wine Cellar has a wide enough temperature range to store both red and white wine, depending on your preference.
Opening the Door 1. When door is opened, the fan stops running, and the fan returns to normal after 1 minute. After 3 minutes, it will alarm. At this time, press any button casually, the alarm will be eliminated and return to the state of just opening the door. The alarm is eliminated after 5 minutes. 2. Open the door when the light is off, and the light will turn on automatically. Close the door, and the light will turn off automatically.
