Using POINT™ I/O Modules on a DeviceNet Network 15-15

flashing red One or more I/O connections in timed-out state Determine the cause of the time-out. The EPR may
need to be increased
solid red Critical link failure - failed communication device.
Device detected error that prevents it communicating
on the network.
Make sure the device is using the correct MAC ID and
baud rate

Make sure an I/O module is not using a MAC ID =0.
Make sure all backplane modules are communicating at
the proper baud rate.
