Residential allen + roth Quartz Surface - Lifetime Limited Warranty
Sage Surfaces, LLC (hereunder “Sage”) warrants to the original end user – purchaser/owner in the U.S. and Canada
that its product of allen + roth countertops and sink products, shall be free from manufacturing defects under normal use
and service. This warranty applies to the repair, or replacement, of failed product that has been permanently installed
in original owner(s) residence when installed by a Sage authorized fabricator/installer. This includes reasonable
labor charges needed to repair, or replace, the product. Sage obligation as to repair, or replacement, shall further be
limited to repair, or replacement, with colors, styles and nishes of products that are available at the time of repair, or
replacement. The option to repair, or replace, product failures, due to manufacturing defects, is at the sole discretion
of Sage.
The Lifetime Limited Warranty is non-transferrable, and applies to allen + roth countertop and sink products only for
interior, residential application(s) in North America. The warranty does not cover seam performance or appearance.
Silicone seams do not constitute part of the allen + roth installation, and accordingly are not covered by this warranty.
This warranty is void unless the product has been paid for in full.
Under this Lifetime Limited Warranty, Sage authorized agents must be permitted sufcient time and opportunity to
inspect the product(s), evaluate and respond to any claim(s). All decisions regarding the existence of manufacturing
defects, or affecting this warranty, shall be made by Sage and shall be nal and binding upon all parties.
Exclusions for Residential allen + roth Quartz Surface Lifetime Limited Warranty:
• Damage resulting from improper transportation, fabrication, installation, care and maintenance, storage or
handling of the product purchased.
• Use for any exterior application or for any ooring application.
• Damage caused by improper use or abuse includes, but not limited to, damage from accidents, abuse of
impact, chemical damage, corrosion damage, acts of nature, job-site conditions or structural movement. This
warranty does not cover products exposed to abnormal use or conditions or abuse in any way. “Abnormal use
or conditions” includes, but is not limited to, damage from mishandling or misuse, damage from excessive heat,
scorching or exposure to weather conditions, exposure to ultraviolet light, physical or chemical abuse, acid
etching, staining or damage from improper care and maintenance or damage from chipping, cracking, impact
damage or breaking due to customer abuse.
• Exposure to excessive heat that creates white marks, white rings or cracks appear on the product.
• Installed allen + roth countertop products that are removed from the original place of installation.
• Seam performance, seam appearance, adhesives, caulk and/or other accessory items.
• Damage caused by improperly installed, used or maintained appliances.
• Conditions caused by normal wear and tear such as stains, scratches, water spots and burns. Products are not
scratch, heat or stain proof. Cutting boards should be used for cutting, rubber footed trivets should be used
when moving a hot object directly from a heat source onto the product, and compliance with the allen + roth
care and maintenance, are highly recommended.
• allen + roth quartz is made from pure, natural quartz. Variation in quartz, color, shape, shade, pattern and
size are unique traits of allen + roth quartz surface countertops. Color variance is an inherent trait expected
of allen + roth quartz. In addition, small blotches or random distribution of particulates are an inherent part
