THREE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

We warrant to the original end user purchaser that all aspects of this product will be free of defects in material and workmanship
for three (3) year from the date of purchase. If within the stated warranty period a product is found to be defective in material or

unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches,
dents and broken materials unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by use with
a third party component or product that does no
t meet the manufacturer’s product specifications; (d) to damage caused by accident,
abuse, or misuse; (e) to damage caused by operating the product contrary to the published user manual(s); or (f) to a product that has
been modified to alter functionality or capability.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have the other rights that vary from state to state. As some
states do not allow exclusions or limitations on an implied warranty, the above exclusions and limitations may not apply.

installation by the consumer. This warranty shall be effective from the date of purchase as shown in the purchaser’s receipt.
This warranty is valid for the original end user purchaser only and excludes coverage for industrial, commercial or business
use of the product, product damage due to shipment or failure which results from alteration, product abuse or product misuse.
We will not be responsible for labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair or replacement, or for any special,
incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of actual or anticipated profits.
