SAFETY INFORMATION Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble or install the product. • Three to four people are needed for assembly • Maximum load for the roof hook: 50 lbs. WARNING: • Small parts like washers may pose a choking hazard to young children. • Paint on this gazebo might peel if it is not handled properly. • Snow load capacity: Can hold up to 2,000 lbs. (max). CAUTION • If heavy snow occurs, clear snow load from roof, and check for damage before continued use.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 2. Insert left crossbar (E) and right crossbar (F) into outer connector (K). Secure together using bolts (CC) and bolt nut (EE) through metal washers (FF). Tighten securely with the hex wrench (II) and spanner (JJ). Repeat the procedure for the other left crossbars (E) and right crossbars (F).
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 4. Secure another assembled crossbar set (E, F) with another supporting post (A) together using bolt 1 (AA) and tighten securely with hex wrench (II). 4 AA E F Hardware Used AA II 5. x2 Hex Wrench x1 Secure another assembled crossbar set (E, F) with another supporting post (A) together using bolt 1 (AA) and tighten securely with hex wrench (II).
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 6. Secure remaining assembled crossbar and supporting post (A) together using bolt (AA) and tighten securely with wrench (II). Insert the left eave pole (O) into corner roof pole (H), insert the right eave pole (N) into corner roof pole (H), then secure another side of left eave pole (O) and right eave pole (N) with center roof pole (I) using bolt 1 (AA). Tighten securely with hex wrench (II). Repeat the procedure for other left eave poles (O) and right eave poles (N).
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 16. Insert air vent roof panel (AC) into air vent support (T), then put air vent roof cover (AD) onto the air vent roof panel (AC) and secure by bolt 1 (AA) and plastic washer (GG). Secure weather vane with roof connector (AE), fit roof hook (X) underneath the air vent roof and secure with roof connector (AE).
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 18. Place roof panel 1 (P) onto center roof pole (I) and corner roof pole (H), then place roof panel (Q) onto center roof pole (I) and corner roof pole (H). Slide the hole on the roof panel and roof support bracket (M), secure roof panels (P, Q) on the roof support bracket (M) using bolt 1 (AA). Place roof panel 1 (R) onto center roof pole (I) and corner roof pole (H), then place roof panel (S) onto center roof pole (I) and corner roof pole (H).
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 20.. Secure air vent screen (U) with air vent support (T) as shown. Repeat the procedure for other air vent screens (U). 20 T T U U T T U 21. Insert corner roof cover (W) onto air vent support (T) and secure corner roof cover (W) with corner roof pole (H) using bolt 1 (AA) and plastic washer (GG), then secure roof corner cover (AB) with corner roof pole (H) using bolt 1 (AA) and washer (GG). Tighten securely all bolts with hex wrench (II).

Insert stakes (AG) through the holes in the base plate (D) and into the ground to secure the gazebo. 22 A C AG D CARE AND MAINTENANCE • Slight pinholes will be present in the tubing, which is customary of original steel work and should not be considered a defect. • Wash with soap and water. • Before storing, remove leaves and dirt, drain all water that may have accumulated in or around the frame.
