Attach fixture (A) to mounting plate (C) using
the mounting plate screws (E) and washers (F)
previously removed (Step 3, Page 6).
NOTE: Before tightening mounting plate
screws (E) completely, use a level to check
fixture (A) -- adjust if necessary.
Loosen all four preassembled Allen screws (B)
in fixture (A). Align slots in glass shade (D) with
Allen screws (B). Tighten Allen screws (B) using
Allen wrench (CC).
WARNING: To reduce the risk of personal
injury or damage to the glass, make sure to
tighten all four Allen screws (B) completely.

Restore power and test fixture (A).
WARNING: DO NOT touch glass shade (D) or
metal parts on fixture (A) while light is on; to do so
could cause serious injury. Allow fixture (A) to cool
before touching.
