DESTROY SNMPv3 GROUP
Syntax
destroy snmpv3 group username=
username
[securitymodel=v1|v2c|v3]
Parameter
username Specifies a user name configured in the SNMPv3
User Table.
securitymodel Specifies the security model of the above user
name. The options are:
v1 Associates the Security Name, or User
Name, with the SNMPv1 protocol.
v2c Associates the Security Name, or User
Name, with the SNMPv2c protocol.
v3 Associates the Security Name, or User
Name, with the SNMPv3 protocol.
Description
This command deletes an SNMPv3 SecurityToGroup Table entry. After
you delete an SNMPv3 SecurityToGroup Table entry, you cannot recover
it.
Examples
The following command deletes an SNMPv3 User Table entry for a user
called Dave with an security model of the SNMPv3 protocol:
destroy snmpv3 group username=Dave securitymodel=v3
The following command deletes an SNMPv3 User Table entry for a user
called May with an security model of the SNMPv3 protocol:
destroy snmpv3 group username=May securitymodel=v3
