Egress Unknown Unicast
Filter
Use this parameter to configure a port to
forward or discard unknown egress
unicast packets. The possible settings
are:
Enabled - The port discards unknown
egress unicast packets.
Disabled - The port forwards unknown
egress unicast packets. This is the default
setting.
Ingress Unknown Multicast
Filter
Use this parameter to configure a port to
forward or discard unknown ingress
multicast packets. Possible settings are:
Enabled - The port discards unknown
ingress multicast packets.
Disabled - The port forwards unknown
ingress multicast packets. This is the
default setting.
Egress Unknown Multicast
Filter
Use this parameter to configure a port to
forward or discard unknown egress
multicast packets. Possible settings are:
Enabled - The port discards unknown
egress multicast packets.
Disabled - The port forwards unknown
egress multicast packets. This is the
default setting.
Flow Control Sets flow control on a port. This option
only applies to ports operating in full-
duplex mode. A switch port uses flow
control to control the flow of ingress
packets. The switch sends a special
pause packet to stop the end node from
sending frames. The pause packet
notifies the end node to stop transmitting
for a specified period of time. Possible
settings are:
Disabled - No flow control on the port.
This is the default.
Enabled - Flow control is activated.

Parameter Definition
