This mode is also free-running (like M=0), but exposure time and frame dura-
tion is set accordingly, using the parameters E and F. Furthermore, the start of
the exposure may optionally be synchronized to the rising edge of an externally
applied synchronization pulse. Use parameter T to select the synchronization
signal source. If any synchronization event takes place during exposure, the
current frame may be exposed abnormally.
