Hardware conditions

• AVT IEEE 1394a or 1394b camera (1394a: Oscar, Marlin, Guppy; 1394b:

Guppy PRO, Pike, Stingray) with corresponding lens

• 1394 cable

• PC or laptop with built-in IEEE 1394 interface

• IEEE 1394 adapter (OHCI) card for PCI bus or PCI Express bus or PC card or

ExpressCard with IEEE 1394 port(s)



AVT offers a wide range of IEEE 1394 adapters, both 1394a or

1394b for different requirements.
