A maximum of 256 defect pix-
els can be stored. In case of

DPDataSize is set to 257 and
BuildError flag is set to 1.
Defect pixel correction data is
done with first 256 defect
pixels only.
AddrOffset [18..31] Address offset to selected
defect pixel data
