LIMITED WARRANTY RETURN POLICY
S&H Industries warrants their products to be free of deficiency in material or workmanship.
The duration of this limited warranty is expressly limited to one year on parts and labor, unless
otherwise noted. (Select tools carry a two year limited warranty on parts and one year on labor – ALC
products and some Viking tools)
Warranty begins from the date of delivery to the original user. Any tool found to be deficient must be
returned within 30 days. The obligation of S&H Industries is limited solely to the repair or replacement
at S&H Industries, Inc. of any parts which shall prove deficient.
This warranty does not cover wear parts (i.e. rotor blades, nozzles, ball valves, drill bits, etc.), damage to
tools arising from alteration, abuse, or use for other than their intended purpose, and does not cover
any repairs or replacement made by anyone other than S&H Industries, Inc.
Purchaser must lubricate and maintain air tools under normal operating conditions at all times or they
will void the warranty.
Tools thought to be deficient should be returned, with prior factory authorization and a Return Goods
Authorization number, to the factory, transportation charges pre-paid, for examination and repair or
replacement.
