Lifetime Limited Warranty
As a leading manufacturer of quality fence products, Allure Aluminum warrants that the paint finish on its
aluminum fences will not peel, crack, chip, or blister for as long as you own the product. Allure Aluminum also
warrants that its aluminum fences will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the same period,
and they will never rust.
This warranty does not extend to damage caused by improper application, installation, or use; abuse; accident;
alteration; negligence; or acts of God. There are no other express warranties except as stated herein. This
warranty is issued to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
If the product should fail to conform to this warranty, Allure Aluminum shall repair, replace, or refund the
original purchase price of the defective parts at its discretion. To file a claim under this warranty, you must
provide Allure Aluminum with written notice and photographs of the failure, proof of purchase, and the nature
of the defect. Allure Aluminum reserves the right to inspect the material at its facility to determine the validity of
a claim. If it is valid, removal and re-installation costs of the materials are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The above constitutes the complete warranty by Allure Aluminum and no other agreement, written or implied, is
valid. No person is authorized to change or modify this warranty. Any recovery is limited to the actual original
purchase price of the affected Allure Aluminum fence or fence component(s) and excludes any costs for labor or
third party supplies required for removal or installation. Recovery for consequential or incidental damages,
attorney’s fees and costs are hereby excluded. This warranty gives you certain specific legal rights, and you may
also have other rights which vary from state to state.
