Limited Warranty
What This Limited Warranty Covers
Allure Energy, Inc. (“Allure Energy”) warrants to the Owner (defined below) that the
EverSense product, including the dock, media center, and EverSense mobile application, (the
“Product”), will be free from defects in the workmanship or materials, under normal
installation, use and service, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the
Owner (the “Warranty Period”). The Owner is the original purchaser of the Product and
does not include any subsequent purchaser or any purchaser who bought the Product from a
reseller or distributor not authorized by Allure Energy, including but not limited to purchases
from Internet auction sites.
If at any time during the Warranty Period, the Product, is does not conform to the Limited
Warranty, Allure Energy shall, at Allure Energy’s option: (i) repair the non-conforming
Product; or (ii) provide Owner with a replacement for the Product. Allure Energy shall be
responsible for all reasonable costs of repair or replacement in connection with such non-
conforming Product; provided that Owner shall bear the costs of removing the Product,
shipping it to Allure Energy and installing the repaired or replaced Product.
How to Get Service
If you believe that the Product does not comply with the above Limited Warranty, contact
Allure Energy Customer Care at 1-512-284-8584 or customerservice@allure-energy.com.
You must provide proper notification to Allure Energy in connection with any claim made
under the above Limited Warranty within 60 days of the date the non-conformance first
occurred. The notification must include acceptable proof of original ownership for the
Product.
Allure Energy will make the determination: (i) whether the Product should be returned to the
following address: Allure Energy Return Goods, 901 South Mopac Expwy, Bldg. V, Ste.
250, Austin, TX 78746, or returned to the place from which you purchased the Product; and
(ii) whether Allure Energy will repair the Product or send a replacement Product to you. If
you return the Product to Allure Energy or to the place of purchase, please include the
original sales receipt. The Product must have been purchased at an authorized EverSense
retailer.
What this Limited Warranty Does not Cover
Allure Energy reserves the right, before having any obligation under this Limited Warranty,
to inspect the Product. No claim under this Limited Warranty may be brought after the
applicable Warranty Period. Any repair or replacement of a Product shall not extend the
original term of this Limited Warranty.
This Limited Warranty does not cover removal, shipping or reinstallation costs. This Limited
Warranty does not apply if, in Allure Energy’s reasonable judgment, the non-conformance
