elements!can!and!will!affect!the!product!in!different!
ways.!Florida!Iron!Doors!reserves!the!right!to!repair!or!

professionally!applied!by!the!manufacturer!is!
warrantied!for!five!(5)!years!from!delivery!that!the!pain t!
will!not!blister!or!peel.!Florida!Iron!Doors!paint!finish!
warranty!described!herein!do!not!cover!scratches,!
weathering,!or!products!that!are!not!properly!
maintained!and!protected!as!provided!by!the!warranty.!

accessories!that!are!not!provided!by!us,!post!
manufacture!(or!aftermarket)!paint!finishes;!labor!
charges!for!installation,!removal!or!reinstallation!of!
doors;!or!damage!from!any!cause!other!than!defects!in!
material!and!workmanship,!including!but!not!limited!to!
damage!caused!by:!paint,!acid,!stain,!any!other!
chemicals;!accident,!misuse,!abuse,!foreign!objects,!salt!
spray;!improper!installation,!unauthorized!articles,!
modification,!service,!improper!use,!unreasonable!use,!
failure!to!provide !reas on ab le!maintenance,!su pe rior!
force,!or!acts!of!natu re .!Glas s!breakage!due!to!foreign!
objects,!glass!defects!due!to!chemicals!or!acts!of!nature!
are!not!covered!under!this!warranty.!

problems!covered!by!this!warranty,!we!will!only!repair!
or!replace!the!defective!door!part!covered!at!the!sole!
discretion!of!Florida!Iron!Doors.!
What#we#will#NOT#do:!There!are!limita t io n s,!c o n d itio n s ,!
and!restrictions!on!the!warranty!coverage.!We!will!NOT!
pay!for!any!labor!charges!for!installation,!removal!or!
reinstallation!of!doo rs.!La bo r!charges!for!installation,!
removal,!or!reinstalla tion !of!do o rs!will!be !at!YO U R!
EXPENSE.!While!necessary!maintenance,!repairs,!or!
labor!on!y o u r!p ro d u c t!ca n !b e !p erf o rmed!by!any!
company,!we!recommen d!that!you!use!only!authorized!
companies.!Impro p e rly!p e rf o rming!work!or!repair!voids!
this!warranty.!We !will!NO T !repa ir!or!replac e:!Han d le-
sets,!the!ha rd ware,!hand !a p p lie d !p a i n t!finishes;!
products!damaged!by!any!cause!other!than!defects!in!
material!and!workmanship.!

Shipping#Damage:!If!you!n o tice !a n y !d amage!to!the !
packaging!(wooden!crate,!protective!wrapping)!at!arrival!
of!your!product,!it!is!imperative!that!you!note!this!
damage!on!the!documents!from!the!shipping!company!
and!notify!Florida!Iron!Doors!within!24!hours!of!receipt!
of!the!product(s).!Shipping!damages!are!not!considered!
a!product!defect,!therefore!are!not!covered!under!this!
warranty.!!

Extreme#Climates:!Florida!Iron!Doors,!LTD’s!doors!are!
constructed!of!iron,!insulated!with!polyurethane!
insulation .!Flo rid a!Iro n!D o o rs!manufactures !do o rs!w ith !a!
‘continu o u s!i ro n ! con struction’!for!best!performance!in!
costal!hurricane!regions!and!do!not!have!a!“thermal!
break,”!allowing!for!the!possibility!of!more!thermal!
transfer!than!similar!typ es!of!d oo rs!co nstru cted !ou t!of!
other!materials.!As!a!result!of!this!construction!design,!
an!increase!in!thermal!transfer!could!occur,!including!
temperature!varia tion !of!the !do or!in!co ld!w ea ther!
climates!(typically!well!below!freezing!for!sustained!
periods!of!time),!resulting!in!temporary!periods!of!
condensation!and/or!frost!on!the!outside!and!insid e !o f!
the!door!unit!with !the !pos sibility!of!m o isture !on !and !
around!the!bottom!of!the!door.!This!possible!moisture!
build-up!does!not!negatively!impact!the!door,!nor!is!it!a!
sign!of!substandard!manufacturing!methods!or!produ ct!
defect,!but!could!negatively!impact!trim !a n d !flo o rin g !if!
