7.2 Calibration procedures
3. +5V/-5V power supply check.
CAUTION:
Do not connect the signal IN-34 V DC (connector J1 (3)). This may
result in permanent damage to the Peltier junction.
a) Check that the input impedance between +5V/-5V and GND have the fol-
lowing values:
• TP1 (4) - GND (5): > 2.5 kΩ.
• TP2 (6) - GND (5): < 4 kΩ.
b) Power on the instrument.
c) Check that the +5V/-5V power supply voltage have the following values:
• TP1 (4) - GND (5): 4.95 to 5.2 V.
• TP2 (6) - GND (5): 4.95 to 5.2 V.
