The Alpha Communications® / TekTone NC505ES is designed to allow users of the
Tek-CARE®500 (TC500) Wireless Emergency Call System to connect external
dome lamps and dialers to the system. This provides for an alternate annunciation
path, in addition to the normal Tek-CARE®500 screen. The NC505ES is
not dependent upon the Tek-CARE®500's master station computer. It features 6
separate, dry-contact outputs that can be programmed for activation by up to 16
unit transmitters.
The case has built-in tamper detection outputs for connection to an external alarm
system. All dry contact outputs are individually configurable for latching, follower or
momentary activation modes. The unit is designed for indoor use only, and
cable access and connections are hidden. The face of the unit features a clean
appearance with visual indication of the status.

The NC505ES shall provide remote annunciation of call activity within the Tek-CARE®500 (TC500) Wireless Emergency Call System. It shall
function independently of the Tek-CARE®500 master station computer. It shall provide dry contact outputs which are Form-C and capable
of driving a typical 24-volt dome lamp as used in the call systems. The NC505ES shall also allow the use of an external, model TAK-4202 or
TAK-4208 dialer, that accepts dry contact input(s). The NC505ES shall also enable SF501ES and SF502ES transmitters to trigger the
external dialer.
All programming shall be non-volatile. The unit shall provide for easy connection of field wiring. Access to the interior of the case shall be
secured by a built-in tamper switch - for easy connection to a third-party alarm system. The NC505ES shall be designed for indoor use only,
and shall feature hidden cable connections and access. The current status of all outputs shall be visually indicated on the face of the unit.
TekTone® has designed the Tek-CARE®500 (TC500) to work as a system. Its NC501ES Master Station Computer has been carefully
designed and matched to work with TC500 wireless and wired peripherals. TekTone® will not warrant or support components of TC500 that
are purchased separately unless the components are add-ons to previously sold systems. TekTone® will also not warrant or support a
system that is a mix of TekTone® and Non-TekTone® parts, unless prior written permission has been obtained. In order to track our
systems and to inform facilities of software upgrades, full site information (site name, address and phone number) will be required when
ordering. Site information and NC501ES warranty number will also be required when requesting technical support.
