Choose the Right ID Software
Multi-License Editions

Professional Business Server - $2,250

Standard Business Server - $1,750
•
Elite Business Server - $2,750
These multi-license enterprise editions
are perfect for large organizations. They
are installed on a network server &
accessed by up to 5 users simultaneously.
The software functionality is the same
as the single-license editions
.
Print Server - $350
The Print Server streamlines printing by
managing up to 5 ID card printers. This
add-on is only available with the Business
Server editions
.
Print Server Manager - $450
The Print Server Manager extends the
functionality of Print Server to streamline
printing with up to 25 ID card printers, and
includes load balancing functionality. This
add-on is only available with the Business
Server editions, and requires Print Server.
Single-License Editions
AlphaCard ID Suite Professional - $900
This edition provides advanced database connectivity & data capture
functionality. If you need any of the following features, choose Professional:

MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, ODBC/OLE database connectivity
•
Connect with multiple databases simultaneously
•
Capture, store & print fingerprints (compatible with Topaz devices)
•
Import driver’s license information (compatible with Scanshell devices)
•
Conditional selection of card template based on database information

Include custom drop down menus in your design for easy data entry
AlphaCard ID Suite Standard - $600
This edition is the most popular, with flexible design & printing functionality.
If you need any of the following features, choose Standard
:

Store unlimited amounts of cardholder information (database stores text only)

Connect to Microsoft Access, Excel & Text-based databases
•
Multiple single-license editions can connect to the same database
•
Design & switch between multiple card templates
•
Create & print 1D or 2D barcodes, including QR codes

Security options include password protection & user-defined privileges
AlphaCard ID Suite Light - $175
This edition offers flexible ID card design & printing functionality. If you don’t
require advanced features, but do need any of the following, choose Light:

Built-In database stores cardholder information (up to 200 records)
•
Includes basic pre-designed template to help you get started
•
Create custom templates with the ID Card Design Wizard
AlphaCard ID Suite Elite - $1,350
This is the most advanced edition, with smart card encoding & scripting
functionality. If you need any of the following advanced features, choose Elite:
•
Read & write MIFARE Classic 1k and 4k, MIFARE DESFire EV1
•
HID Proximity (read only)
•
IronPython-based databases scripting support
Portable Secure USB Key - $100
The single-license editions may only be installed on one computer. To move
the license between multiple computers, request the Secure USB Key add-on.
This is only available with the Standard, Professional, and Elite editions.
