*1 You can make this setting in the Sound Setup screen of the Shortcut
Setup. For details, see “Sound Setup Function” (page 20).

checkboxes “Off” ( ) or “On” ( ).

Sound Setup
[Sound] is selected on the General Setup Menu screen in step 1. See
“General Setup” (page 33).
You can set up items related to the sound quality.
• X209D is designed exclusively for a certain car model. The Initial
setting for sound setup items may differ from the description of Owner’s
Manual.
Set Balance/Fader/Rear Speaker/Subwoofer/Subwoofer Level/
Subwoofer Phase in the Bal./Fad. screen.

Rear Speaker Setting
You can set the rear speaker output to “Off.”

Turning Subwoofer ON/OFF
If an optional subwoofer is connected to the unit, make the following

Adjusting the Subwoofer Level
You can set the Subwoofer level when a Subwoofer is connected.

Setting the Subwoofer Phase
The subwoofer output phase is toggled Subwoofer Normal (0°) or
Subwoofer Reverse (180°).
