Switching Display Mode
This unit provides three display modes. You can change
the display mode according to the light environment in
your vehicle.
Press button to cycle through the
display modes.
Day
Night
Auto Day
You can set the parameters of Day and Night mode
according to your preference. For details, please refer
to “Display Setting” on page 21.
Using the Home Screen
The Home Screen displays icons for sources that can be
operated with this unit. You can easily display the Home
Screen and switch to the source of your choice.
Press (HOME) button.
The HOME screen is displayed.
Touch to change to FM source screen.
Touch to change to phone screen.
Touch to change to AM source screen.
Touch to change to setup screen.
Touch to change to SiriusXM source screen.

Touch to change to BT Audio source screen.

Touch to change to Apple CarPlay or Android
Auto screen.

- Touch to change to the music screen for
Apple CarPlay or Android Auto

- When an iPhone is connected and Apple
CarPlay on iPhone is set to Off, the icon
name is displayed as iPod. Touch to change
to iPod source screen.
- When a USB memory is connected, the icon
name is displayed as USB. Touch to change
to USB Audio/Video source screen.
If no device is connected to USB connector, this
icon will not be displayed.
Bluetooth connection indicator
Indicates the signal strength level of the
connected Bluetooth compatible device
Indicates the battery level of the connected
Bluetooth device
Volume indicator
Displays the clock
*1 Available only when an optional SiriusXM Tuner Box
is connected.
*2 Please pair your Bluetooth device with this unit before
using this source.
*3 Display only when an iPhone with Apple CarPlay On
or Android™ smartphone which installed Android
Auto App is connected.
Selecting an Item in a List
To scroll through a list, perform the following operations.
Scroll the list by touching [] or [].
You can also scroll the list by sliding the screen.
The Scroll Bar on the right of the screen indicates the
proportion of the current list to total lists. When one
screen can display all, the right Scroll Bar will not be
displayed.
Day mode: Use under sufficient light
conditions.
Night mode: Use if you feel the unit’s
backlighting is too bright.
Auto mode: The unit will switch between Day
and Night mode automatically
depending on whether your
vehicle headlights are turned on
or not.
