Configure WLAN with Shared Key Authentication
Shared Key authentication is one of the authentication methods with
WEP encryption. It verifies that station has knowledge of a shared
secret.

1. Go to Configuration > Wireless > Radio0(2.4G) > WLAN > WLAN 0-15
> WLAN Security
2. Select Shared in Authentication Mode
3. Select WEP in Cipher Mode
4. Select key number 1 4 in Default WEP Key
5. Select Key Entry Method
Ascii Text
key is encoded as ASCII characters (09, az, AZ)
Hexadecimal
key is encoded as Hexadecimal characters (09, AF)
6. Type in up to four keys in WEP Key 1, WEP Key 2, WEP Key 3 and WEP
Key 4 respectively. You can type either up to 5 Ascii characters or
up to 10 Hexadecimal characters as WEP Key
7. Click Submit
8. Click Save & Apply
