How to see results under Different
Illuminants?
Predefine the illuminants to be displayed:
Select Option – Illuminant/Observer
Select illuminants with cursor up/down
and operate
==> checkmark indicates the selection
Change instrument display:
Scroll through predefined illuminants by
selecting Display - Illuminant
Select Display – Pass/Fail
If no tolerances are available, they can
be manually added.
Color difference data and gloss values
out of tolerance are highlighted
If a sample fails, an acoustic signal will
be given

Option.

Color System Select different color systems or spectrum
data
Index Select color difference formulas,
whiteness/yellowness indices, opacity,
color strength, grey scale
Gloss Turn display of gloss on/off
Illuminant/Observer Select illuminants to be displayed
Calibrate Perform black/white/gloss calibration and
check green

Auto Store Activate/deactivate auto storing after
measurement
Auto Standard Activate/deactivate search for closest
standard
MI Limit Set Metamerism Index, MI, limit to display

Note: For a graphical evaluation under different illuminants, transfer the
readings to color-sample Link and select the graph 3-Illuminants.
