TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS SYMPTOM POSSIBLE PROBLEM SOLUTION No LEDs are lit. Power is not turned on. Press Power button on the front of the right satellite. AC cord is not connected to wall outlet. Check to see if the “Power On” LED is illuminated on the rear of the subwoofer. If not, connect AC power. Surge suppressor (if used) is not powered on. If the subwoofer’s AC power cord is plugged into a surge protector, make sure the surge protector is switched on. Wall outlet not functioning.
