Symptom Possible Problem Solution
No sound from
computer with
USB wireless
transmitter
Pairing may have failed. If either the “B/T STATUS” LED or the LED on the transmitter – or both – are
solid red, pairing has failed. Try pairing the USB wireless transmitter and the
speaker again.
The USB wireless transmitter may have been plugged
into the computer after the music player application
had been launched.
Close the music player application and relaunch it.
No sound from
the portable
audiodevice
Pairing may have failed. If the “B/T STATUS” LED is solid red, pairing has failed. Try pairing the
Bluetooth-enabled portable audio device and the speaker again.
No sound from
the AUX device,
such as an MP3
player or CD
player connected
to the AUX jack
Volume on the device is set too low. Increase the volume on the device to approximately ¾ full volume.
Source selector is not set to AUX. Press the “SOURCE/PAIR” button once. The “AUX” LED should light up.
Sound is distorted Volume level is set too high. Decrease the volume.
Sound source is distorted. If the original sound source (sound file) is of poor quality, distortion and noise
are easily noticed with high-power speakers. Try a different audio source such
as a music CD.
