Turn the POWER/VOLUME knob clockwise on the back of the BB2001 Powered Subwoofer until you hear a click sound. Audio source device volume is set too low. Check volume level on the audio source device, and set at mid-level. Subwoofer volume is too low. Turn the POWER/VOLUME knob clockwise to raise the subwoofer volume. Bad connection.
