Network Ports
If AltiWare ACM 5.1 is behind a firewall/NAT router, you need to open TCP and UDP ports
according to the following table:
Note: An easy way to find out the RTP/TCP port range(s) for SIP and H.323 is to look in
AltiWare Administrator View > Current Resource Statistics. All the ports are
listed in the Local Ports column.
Alternatively, you can figure the port range in the following way:
For a single chassis system:
X = 49152
Y = 49152 + Total IP codec channels x 2
For a multi-chassis system, you need to enter multiple ranges:
Gateway ID = 0
X0 = 49152
Y0 = 49152 + Total IP codec channels in GW0 x 2
Gateway ID = 1
X1 = 49152 + 512 x 1
