Microsemi's PowerDsine's 3001 PoE single-port midspan (PoE injector) offers a
compact and cost effective, fully IEEE 802.3af-compliant solution for remote
powering of wireless LAN (WLAN) access points, IP cameras and other low-port
density installations. The 3001 PoE midspan eliminates the need for external power
supply and its associated AC/DC power cabling, providing a compact, affordable,
safe and reliable power solution over existing Ethernet infrastructure. Plug-and-play
installation makes it quick and easy to add PoE to any network.

Microsemi's PowerDsine 9001G is a single-port, PoE solution for current and
emerging high-power applications. Delivering up to 30 W, the PD-9001G enables
remote power for a new range of applications including 802.11 access points, PTZ
cameras and video phones. It complies to IEEE 802.3af PoE standard parameters, and
to the latest IEEE 802.3at standard. It can power both existing 10/100BASE-T network
devices and emerging wireless 1000BASE-T devices such as WiMAX and wireless IEEE
802.11n access points. For up to 40W and lightning protection, try the PD-9001-40/
SP/AC.
