Assemble the door frame with the magnetic expander, top rail, bottom rail and the expanders by using screws 1 1/4’’ (8). Place the magnetic expander (11) on the side where the door will be opening. INTERIOR SHOWER SIDE 9 2b. Assemble the frame of the return panel with the top rail, bottom rail, connector, glass support and the expander by using screws 1 1/4’’.

Screw bumper A to the top rail near the magnetic expander. Bumper B is located on the bottom rail opposite of the opening of the door.

Place the panel on the guide and screw the supports onto the top and bottom rail. The textured side of the glass must be placed towards the outside the shower. INTERIOR SHOWER SIDE 4a GLASS SUPPORT 4b. Use a mallet to install the gasket wall jamb side between the expander and the glass panel and the side gasket onto the panel.

Use a mallet to install the magnet gasket and the side gasket on the door panel. Ensure the textured side of the glass panel is located towards the outside the shower. Door panel INTERIOR SHOWER SIDE 5b. Install the rollers on the door panel so that the rollers point towards the outside of the shower.

Place the rollers of the door panel on the top rail and push on the bottom sliders to engage them in to the bottom rail. 5d 5e. Slightly unscrew the screws of the rollers of the door panel and screw it back by ensuring verticality with the level.

Silicone the outside of the frame between the wall and the wall jamb, along the bottom rail, bellow of the panel and at the bottom of the return panel if applicable. 7b. Wait 24 hours before using the shower to dry the silicon.
