Trace the outer edge of the wall jamb and the holes onto the wall. Remove the wall jamb. TOP VIEW TOP VIEW WALL STUD 1B. With a 1/4˝ drill bit, drill 3 holes into the wall using the marks as a guide. 1C. 10 the drilled hole location, skip this step. INSTRUCTION MANUAL 2 FASTEN THE BOTTOM GLASS CLIP. 2 INTERIOR SHOWER SIDE 15 2A 2B 4 3a 15 3/4”” 15 2 2A. Place the aluminum threshold (4) and bottom glass clip (15) on the shower threshold and align it to the wall jamb (2). 2C 3a 2B. Slide the expander (3b) attached to the side panel (3a) within the wall jamb (2). Ensure that the side panel inserts itself into the glass clip and that the dimension illustrated is respected. 2C.
INSTRUCTION MANUAL 3 INSTALL THE SIDE PANEL. 3A 3B IF THE PANELS NEED MORE ADJUSTMENTS, SHIM WITH 1/8” CLEAR SETTING BLOCKS (ITEM#15), PRIOR TO FIXED PANEL. 3A. Reposition the side panel (3a) in place, ensuring that the expander (3b) is properly inserted into the wall jamb (2) and that the side panel (3a) is 3a inserted into the bottom glass clip (15). 3B. Level the side panel and then temporarily secure the expander (3b) to the wall jamb (2) via pliers so as to ensure stay in that position.

Make sure the lip faces the inside of the show 6C. Cut the bottom door gasket (6) as illustrated. The lip should be about 3/4˝ longer than the rest. 6 3a 6D. Install the 2 leveling blocks (9) onto the bottom lip of the bottom door gasket (6) as shown. Place the door panel (7) vertically next to the side panel(3a).
