WALL JAMB INSTALLATION 1A Using a measuring tape, mark the center of the threshold of the base. 16 1A 1B B Using the marking established in the previous step, run a second line up the wall. Use a level to ensure verticality of this line. 1B 1C Place the wall jamb onto the wall while ensuring that the wall jamb holes align themselves onto the line running up the wall. Moreover, the side holes of the wall jamb (16) should face the interior of the shower.
DOOR PANEL Using the cardboard packaging box as platform, install bottom door gasket (14) onto door panel (21) using a block and a mallet. Notice the gasket orientation. 21 21 Place door panel (21) inside tub to simplify following installation procedures. Ensure placing the panel onto a cushioned surface, such as a towel or cardboard, to prevent damage either to the panel or the tub.
CONTINUED 3D Slide the return panel assembly (17-19) into the wall jamb (16) so as to allow the return panel (18), along with the clips for bottom of fixed panel (6-7), to rest on the threshold of the base. 3D 16 17-19 18 16 3E Mark the glass clips for bottom of fixed panel ( 6 - 7 ) lo c a t io n s o n t h e b a s e , e n s u r in g t h a t t h e leading edge of the return panel is tangent to the center of threshold of the base.
CONTINUED 3H 18 Ensure that the return panel (18) is vertical by way of a level. If there need be a correction, adjust the verticality of the expander (17) in relation to the wall jamb (16). 3H 3I 3I O n c e t h e r e t u r n p a n e l ( 1 8 ) h a s b e e n a d ju s t e d , secure the expander (17-19) to the wall jamb (16) by way of a clamp so as to keep the return panel (18) level.
FIXED PANEL Position the wide fixed panel assembly on threshold of the base (B) as shown. 22 Secure glass clips (6-7) for bottom of fixed panel (5) and bottom guide (8) on the base, against the threshold (10) at the markings established in step 3E. Secure these with #6-1 self-drilling screws (24) before repositioning the gaskets. Reposition the fixed panel (22) as established in step 3D.
RUNNING RAIL 4 1 5A Position the stoppers (4) on the running rail (1) as illustrated. Secure them temporarily in place. 4 5B Position the wall brackets (2) on the running rail (1) as illustrated. Secure them temporarily in place.
GLASS CLIP Secure glass clip for bottom of fixed panel (6) over the threshold (10), (10) at the established distance from the wall. Secure these with #6-1 self-drilling screws (24) before repositioning the gasket (7).
SMALL FIXED PANEL Thoroughly clean the edge of the small fixed panel (20) with a cloth and degreasing solution. Split the door gasket (13) in two and apply the larger half of the gasket on the edge of the small fixed panel (20_ on the wall side, after having removed the protective film (P).
RUNNING RAIL Fasten the running rail (1) to the wide fixed panel (22) with the glass holders (5). Secure them temporarily in place. Ensure that the running rail (1) is at the highest p o s s ib le p o s it io n in r e f e r e n c e t o t h e h o le s o f t h e fixed panel (22). Place small fixed panel (20) within bottom glass clip (6). Ensure that the fixed panel gasket (12) collapses against the wall properly.
WALL BRACKET M a r k t h e s c r e w lo c a t io n s bracket (3) on the wall. fo r th e w a ll Drill holes in wall with a drill bit, intended for ceramic tiles, through to the wall stud.
DOOR PANEL 10A Assemble a set of double rollers (2) to the door panel’s (22) top holes, as illustrated. 2 INTERIOR SHOWER SIDE 10B Install door panel (21), ensuring that the rollers (2) are positioned over the running rail (1). 21 Ensure that the door panel (21) is placed within the bottom center guide (7).
CONTINUED 12C Install set of double rollers to the bottom holes of door panel (21), making sure that they are tangent to the running rail (1) by way of the excentric washers. 2 2 1 2 HOLE IN GLASS WASHER 13 STRAIGHT HANDLE Install straight handle (9) onto door panel (21). Ensure that clear washers on either side of glass are installed.
DOOR PANEL SIDE GASKET / FIXED 14 PANNEAU Install door side gasket (12) onto sliding door panel (21). 21 12 1/2” (12.
