Si CPE Troubleshooting
BreezeMAX CPEs Product Manual 129
Authentication Failure:
STATUS LED is blinking
green, SIGNAL LED 7 is
on, all other SIGNAL
LEDs are off.
Authentication problem:
a. Wrong User Name
and/or User Password.
b.Maximum number of
Multiple Sessions
(number of SUs that can
receive the Service
simultaneously) has
been reached.
Enter User Name and User Password and reset
the unit. If the problem persists, contact the
operator.
Duplicate Name:
STATUS LED is blinking
green, SIGNAL LEDs 6
and 7 are on, all other
SIGNAL LEDs are off.
User Name already exists
in the Base Station’s
database, associated
with another SU (MAC
address)
Enter a correct User Name or contact the
operator for a new User Name/Password. Reset
the unit after configuring new authentication
parameters.
Authentication Timeout:
STATUS LED is blinking
green, SIGNAL LEDs 5, 6
and 7 are on, all other
SIGNAL LEDs are off.
The unit was not
reauthenticated after
authentication timeout.
Contact the operator.
