Limited Warranty
AM Conservation Group, Inc. warrants to the original owner-user that this AM Conservation
Group, Inc. product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve
months from the date of purchase. AM Conservation Group’s obligations under this warranty
and the sole remedy for its breach are limited to repair or, in its sole discretion, replacement of
such products. All returns of defective parts of products must include the product model
number, original packaging, evidence of receipt and all components of returned product.
Returns must be shipped prepaid to 2301 Charleston Regional Parkway, Charleston, SC 29492,
Attention: Returns.
AM Conservation Group, Inc. shall in no event be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or
consequential damages of any kind, in contract, tort or otherwise. Other than this warranty,
AM Conservation Group, Inc. makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including
warranty of merchantability, fitness for purpose or otherwise.
