The EPA202 and NFPA96 standard covers the low particulate matter emissions standard to which we conform. ACP Programming Application User Guide │Touchscreen Ovens Use the ACP Programming Application to create and organize menu item information from your computer. ACP Programming App version is subject to change. Please use most recent release when available. For best results, use in conjunction with the latest oven firmware. To download firmware updates and installation instructions, please visit acpsolutions.com/oven-programming/. Download and Install: 1. Open an internet browser and go to acpsolutions.
Change User Options: 1. To change the default language, select from options in the top-right drop down menu. 2. Click on the User Options tab to access a variety of customizable settings. Note: The temperature set in the User Options section will be the default when creating a new menu item Note: The default logo for the standby screen is the ACP, Inc. logo. Customize it and add your own logo by selecting the “Add Logo to Startup” button.
Organizing Menus: You may add and organize recipe information by creating new recipes, folders and tabs. See the following pages for more information.
Create a New Recipe: 1. Select the Menu tab. 2. Click on New Recipe 3. Edit recipe name, settings, and appearance in the panel on the right. To delete a recipe, click the orange trash can icon. 1 2 3 Customize Recipe and Folder Images 1. Click on the image icon to chose an image for the recipe or folder. 2. May 2018 Xpress® Firmware Field Update Procedure 6.6.0 Prepare the flash drive: • Download the latest Xpress® Touchscreen firmware o Version 6.6.0 as of May, 2018 o http://acpsolutions.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/firmware_update_rev_6.6.0.zip • Extract the .zip file onto a blank USB flash drive, 2GB or larger. o When extracted, the flash drive will have a “firmware_update” folder on it. • If the oven is off, power on the oven. • If the standby (off) screen is showing, press the green power button.
May 2018 • o Once the ACP logo and green power button appear, remove the flash drive. A pop-up window will state that the firmware has successfully been updated to version 6.6.0. Press OK to dismiss the popup. The firmware update is complete. Recipe file format: • Firmware version 6.6.0 can use either the .xml or .mxp file format, which can be edited using the updated programming application.
