REQUIREMENTS FOR FINAL TESTING:
a) THD meter
b) Signal generator
c) Load 8ohm
d) Multimeter
e) Oscilloscope
f) Variac 240VAC, voltage selector switch on DUT set to 240V
g) Composite video source
h) Composite video display
i) RGBHV video source (capable of 1280 x 1024 resolution)
j) RGBHV video display (capable of 1280 x 1024 resolution)
7. THD, Left Channel Power Amp
Setup
Signal generator = 300mVAC, Sine, 1kHz
Signal input = DVD1, left channel RCA input
Power state of unit: ON
Selected source on unit: DVD1
Volume on unit: MIN (lowest volume LED lit).
Bass/Treble on unit = flat (use Eq Flat button on IR remote to reset this)
Load: Connected to left channel amplifier output
Procedure
Set volume on unit to max by rotating the volume control CW until the highest LED
is lit.
(P/F) Reading shall be < 0.2%.
Values to be recorded:

8. THD, Right Channel Power Amp
