Problem Solution
The product does not switch on.
• Check if the power plug is
connected to the power outlet.
Check if the power outlet works.
Unpleasant odor.
• Clean the water tank (H) and
the reservoir (D).
• Replace the water.
• Clean the essential oil tray (N).
Blue light appears but no mist
emitted.
• Check if the product is

• Check the mist nozzle (I)

obstructions.
• Refill the water tank (H).
