Warranty
This piece of furniture is covered under our manufacture's One Year Limited Warranty.
To ensure your complete satisfaction, this warrants to the original purchaser that this
product is free from defects in material and workmanship as of the date of purchase and
that it will, under normal use and proper care, remain so for one year from date of
purchase. Should a frame failure arise within one year from date of purchase, they will
repair or replace the defective piece. They reserve the right to make substitutions with
similar merchandise should the model or color in question no longer is in production.
There is a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against structural failure, provided the
furniture is assembled correctly and is subjected to normal use and against wood rot and
insect infestation. Structural failure after incorrect assembly, variations in wood color due
to weathering, roughness, and non-structural cracks or splits are not warranted. Please
note that International Home Miami Corp. can not be liable for failure caused by abuse,
neglect, or the application of paint or polyurethane.
What is not covered: Freight and packaging charges to and from our customer service
center remain the customer's responsibility: furniture used for commercial purposes:
failure caused by improper care; unreasonable or abusive use; freeze damage; acts of
God; rust; purchased parts or return freight and packaging charges. Proof of purchase
(dated register receipt) is required for warranty. Simple cracking (slight hairline cracks,
etc.) and discoloration are normal in wood products.
