5. Function Menu
5.1 Messaging
Text message or Short Messaging Service needs operator support. If
user memory is full or turned off, SMS will be received after clearing
memory or power on. Consult your service operator for more
information.
If memory is full, there will be a blinking icon on the top screen. SIM1
and SIM2 have different icons to illustrate the status.
If SMS is received, there will be delivery report (if delivery report is
on).
Note: When user finished sending SMS, it displays “sent” which
means SMS was sent to the message centre then to the receiver.
Write message
You can edit text message and multimedia message.
Text Message
You can create new SMS, if SMS exceeds 70 words, message will be
sent out in two or more messages. When sending SMS, you can click
“SIM1 done” or “SIM2 done” to choose which SIM to send out. Touch
“Options“, you can do the following:
 Sent to--- Enter the phone number of the receiver or
add the
number from phonebook.
 Insert symbol--- Insert the symbols in your message.
