Resolution: The current resolution of a connected device. If a device is not connected, the channel will
read as 720P.
Frame Rate: The current frame rate of the connected device. If a device is not connected, the channel
will read as 25 frames per second.
Known Space: Allows the user to calculate a record estimated based on the capacity, number of
terabytes/gigabytes (TB/GB) and time (in days). Enter this information into the interface and click
“Select” to run an estimation.
Known Time: Allows the user to calculate a record estimation based on a time (in days) and the capacity
of the HDD. Enter this information into the interface and click “Select” to run the estimation.
FTP
FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. This protocol allows for remote uploading of files to a server. This
feature requires the use of an FTP tool on a computer to enable the use of FTP features on the NVR.
Once an FTP tool has been acquired, installed, and configured to allow read, write, append, and delete
access, then the NVR can be configured to use FTP. Below is a screenshot of the FTP menu screen:
