under
the
Federal Insecticide, Fungicide,
and
Rodenticide Act,
as
amended,
is
acceptable with
the
following comments:
1)
"American
dog
ticks" must
be
removed from
the
label. Data were
not
submitted
to
support this species.
2)
Wherever
the
term
or
heading "Ticks" appears
on the
label,
it
must
be
changed
to
read "blacklegged
and
brown
dog
ticks" because
the
data
were
only
submitted
for
these
two
species.
3)
Change "Kills ticks including those that
may
transmit Lyme disease"
to
"Kills ticks that
may
transmit Lyme disease.".

is
