WARRANTY
American Fiber Cushion, Inc. warrants that its manufactured
products are free from any defects in workmanship and material,
and will provide satisfactory service wear and a lively and resilient
foundation for the life of the rug under which it is originally
installed. This warranty applies only when properly installed over
flat, smooth, hard cured surfaces or on carpet indoors.
American Fiber Cushion, Inc. as a sole and exclusive remedy will
replace, without charge, any manufactured product which does
not render satisfactory wear or service in normal use FOB
manufacturing plant. This warranty does not include the cost of
removal or installation. No liability will be assumed for any
consequential damage, loss or expense.
